Ferret Nation and Critter Nation Replacement Pans

I tried the cement mixing tubs from home depot as a base for the cage but my rats chewed through 3 of them!! i was fed up and needed a permanent solution. i searched the internet and found this website. i’ve seen good reviews on youtube from other rat owners and decided to give it a try. it works amazing no more chewing plastic tubs in the middle of the night and no more wasting money every few weeks on a new cement tub. the package arrived on my doorstep in only 3 days! Only a few minor things but it didn’t bother me. the metal pan came with a few small dents on the bottom but were easy to just push/bang out. if you want to give them thick bedding i would recommend buying some of the add ons since it’s not very tall. other than those minor things everything is great. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

I recently received four of the large size pants for the bottom shelf of the critter nation cage. I own five cages in all, And I certainly recommend going with the aluminum. The original 2 i purchased have stood the test of time very well, and I like to have spare pans ready to go, these are a very worthwhile investment because the raised lips help keep mess inside.

Bought stainless this time as chinchilla’s will be housed in it. Urine was so corrosive that I had to replace my old pans. Glad there was a stainless alternative. The pans were shipped in a fashion that there was no damage or warp. That was important as years ago the pans I ordered from your company had one that slightly warped.

I bought two of the galvanized bottom pans to separate my double critter nation and for putting thicker bedding material without the enormous overspill. These are outstanding, perfect fit and the pan depth is nearly 3 inches deep. My Rats still find a way to overspill, but only after they purposely build up a huge berm in one location. Much cleaner and they don’t bang and rattle like I expected, wasn’t a need for any padding between the pans and the levels. I’m highly impressed and will be purchasing again in the future.
