Ferret Nation and Critter Nation Replacement Pans

These replacement metal pans are a durable, chew resistant option for your ferret nation or critter nation cage. Choose from galvanized steel or stainless steel. All pans are made with 3" tall sides. If you would like something taller consider adding our ferret and critter nation urine guards. This in addition to the replacement pans gives 6" of side coverage.
These will fit Midwest ferret and critter nation cages with the 25 x 36 or 24 x 36
3" is the deepest we can make these pans.
Galvanized metal will eventually rust, stainless steel does not.
The UG, UGSH1 or UGSH2 style of urine guards do not work on these pans, they are designed for our standard cages. The FF-UG or FF-UG-SS do not work on these pans, they are designed for the fiesty ferret cages.

Critter Nation replacement pans
I’m happy to give these pans a review! A few months ago I bought a galvanized bottom pan for my double critter nation, to replace the original plastic one, mostly because my rats were putting holes in it but the metal having high sides was the main appeal since I wanted to start using aspen shavings. I was so pleased with the snug fit and craftsmanship that I recently replaced the other 3 plastic pan/shelves with these galvanized metal pans. I was worried about how the shelves would fit since the plastic ones rested on the frame but these metal pans sit right inside perfectly. The high sides allow me to use bedding now instead of cloth which is much better for my critters. To clean these out I just use a scooper to remove all the bedding and wipe them. This was a great purchase.

Fits like a glove!
It fits perfectly in my critter nation. It was packaged very well and is sturdy and well made. And it's a fraction of the price of ones on Amazon or anywhere else I've looked. I wish I had bought one years ago!

Perfect
My pet rats were relentless with chewing on the bottom plastic tray in their cage - despite having several chewing blocks in with them, they preferred plastic. This has been a great alternative and the taller sides are a huge plus!

Fits perfectly
Well-made, solid. Was concerned on seeing on arrival and wondered if I'd ordered wrong, but it fits perfectly in the mid-shelf frame. Will be much easier to keep clean on the top floor of the cage.

Tested first and than dove in
I bought just one small shelf to start with, these metal ones were about the price of one of the plastic but my chinchillas can't chew and they have raised edges. After a month of the one self, I wanted to replace all of them! I ordered the other 3 pans (one shelf, bottom pan, and top pan). Shipping was fast and the packaging was perfect, nothing was bent or broken. They fit snugly and the best part is my chinchillas can't chew them and less poop flung around the room! For the price, it was the same as replacing the plastic ones.

We purchased two and came with one disassembled on one of the corners (but the second one is great). We reached out and they responded immediately, the instructions are very clear and their actions are fast! The product is high quality and so easy to clean. Highly recommend!
